The 7100-95-OHA premier conveyorized system for pallet wrapping handles up to 95 loads per hour. Through common-sense design and time-trusted engineering, the 7100-95-OHA performs at rapid production speeds. Pallet is positioned on the infeed conveyor by forklift or conveyor by others. If by forklift the operator initiates cycle start, load is conveyed to the wrap zone and starts wrap cycle, wrapped load is automatically conveyed to the powered outfeed section so the wrap zone is clear and ready to accept the next load.

Automatic Slitting and or Roping Device – A wide variety of automatic film slitting and or roping devices are available upon request.
Pallet Lock Roping Device – the most effective method of securing the load to the pallet. Easily programmed using the standard PLC and touchscreen to apply the roped or normal full web film for additional holding force where needed, air flow if required and to prevent film breakage on sharp product or pallet corners. AIR REQUIRED.
