❖ The Cousins Packaging 11200 and 11250 hand-wrappers are introduced internationally at Pack Expo in Chicago. The success of the design was overwhelming. So much so Neil Cousins decides to go to work on a design for a machine in 1992.

❖ Introduction of the LP1100 low profile no pre-stretch stretch-wrapper. Although several were sold it was evident the market wanted pre-stretch.

❖ Design and introduction of the first generation of the popular LP2100 low profile semi-automatic stretch-wrapper with powered pre-stretch. It was introduced at Pack Expo this year.

❖ The company built its first platform automatic and exhibited it at Pack Expo in Chicago.

❖ Relocated to a new 20,000 square foot manufacturing facility on Mars Road in Etobicoke.

❖ Introduced our first overhead semi-automatic machines. There were two models, the 4100 Titan and the 4100 Hercules.

❖ Designed and built our first overhead automatic conveyorized system. It was a four post configuration same as the semi-automatic Hercules and appropriately named the same.

❖ Moved into a new 30,000 square foot manufacturing facility on Claireport Crescent in Etobicoke.

❖ The LOGIX 3000 all-electric conveyorized platform automatic was introduced. The film carriage was internalized leaving no moving parts except for the turntable. The machine was a great innovation and was incredibly safe but the market was not interested enough in safety at the time to make it viable.

❖ The 4100 Titan “ULTRA” all-electric overhead floor automatic.

❖ Introduction of the prototype “A-Arm” platform automatic stretch-wrapper at Pack Expo in Chicago.

❖ Introduction of the 2100X-A series, the first viable “A-Arm” platform automatic stretch-wrapper.

❖ Design and production of “The SWITCH” semi-automatic and “A-Arm” platform automatic. The Switch A-Arm revolutionized the platform automatic stretch-wrapper market. It was sold globally following this introduction.

❖ Moved into a new larger state-of-the-art manufacturing facility on Northam Drive in Mississauga. This 60,000 square foot facility doubled our manufacturing capabilities.

❖ Design of the industry’s lowest pass-line powered conveyor system 3.5 inch high with 9,000 lb. capacity.

❖ Design and production of the world’s first high speed inverted rotary arm roll-wrapping system.
