A unique and fully automatic stretch wrapper that can be operated from the forklift with a wireless remote. Eliminates the need for the operator getting off and on the lift to attach and cut the film. Provides a huge labor cost savings while eliminating safety concerns.
NOTE: The 3300-CTA Conveyorized Automatic Pallet Wrapper is designed to be installed with existing product flow and conveyor layout design. Whether In-line or off-line, the automation package is designed to be in-line with conveyors using interface relays/logic or off-line standalone system using a wireless remote.

Cousins exclusive patented A-Arm film cut and hold device starts and ends the wrap process at the top of the load. This uniquely different approach to attaching and cutting the stretch film provides you with these benefits:
Selectable top banding capability
Stabilizes the load early in the wrap cycle
Places the ending film tail at the top of the load instead of the bottom
There is no film clamp on the turntable that can be damaged by debris or operator error – eliminates the need for a film clamp power source on the turntable for easier maintenance
Load placement on the turntable is not critical
No air hook-ups or noisy compressors
Automatic First Revolution Load Scanning Safety Feature detects uneven or partial stacked top layers and automatically adjusts A-Arm height clear of obstructions

AIR FLOW & PALLET LOCK:
Pallet Lock Roping Device – the most effective method of securing the load to the pallet. Easily programmed using the touchscreen to apply the roped or normal full web film for additional holding force where needed, air flow if required and to prevent film breakage on sharp product or pallet corners
NOTE: AIR REQUIRED – Includes a filter-regulator unit and loose-shipped quiet air compressor
Delete the filter-regulator unit and loose-shipped quiet air compressor included in option OPLRD if customer supplies the necessary pneumatic requirement
